Capoeira

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, music, acrobatics and combat movements. It was created in Brazil by African slaves in the 16th century as a form of resistance against their oppressors.

Capoeira is also known for its philosophy of mutual aid and respect. It promotes strength, flexibility, endurance and personal development.
